About the Salon

Courtney Downs has a passion for bringing excellent care to prenatal and postpartum women. As a mother of three herself, she understands the fears, anxieties, and discomfort being pregnant can have on your body. She earned her Associates of Applied Science in Massage Therapy at the Myotherapy Institute in Lincoln, NE (2017). She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (2008) in Early Education and Human Services with an emphasis on Child Development. Courtney has completed a variety of prenatal training courses including – Nurturing the Mother Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage (2019) – Maternity Massage Specialist (2020) – Advanced Lymph Drainage for Surgical Procedures (2021) – La Matriz scar tissue massage (2022) She also holds certification in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy(2018), Ashi-Thai(2020), and is proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Therapeutic cupping.
