About the Salon

My Name is Tracy Mills. I am born and raised in Pinellas County. I have been a Hairstylist for 41 years in Seminole. I have owned 2 Salons. I am also a Brand Ambassador for Touchstone Crystal jewelry by Swarovski. I became intolerant to the chemicals used in Salons, causing me significant health issues, so I had to stop working around them. I can only do Natural hair and highlights with bleach. I am excited to pull both businesses together at Phenix Salon and Suites. Ray hooked me up in a suite where no-one has been so I’m safe. I already feel at home. I will also be selling some local Artisan goodies. Other than that my Family is very important to me, especially my sweet Grandkids!
