I am a Certified Massage Therapist specializing in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. My work centers on adaptable, body-led sessions designed to meet each client exactly where they are. Rather than following a rigid technique, I listen deeply to the tissue, nervous system, and energetic patterns present in the body.Through intentional touch, presence, and guided awareness, I support stress relief, muscular restoration, and nervous system regulation. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing happens when the body feels safe enough to soften.
