About the Salon

My name is Lexii, and my passion is changing lives one style at a time. I started beauty school at 15, while I was still in high school, and realized at a very young age what I was meant to do in this life. I saw the happiness in clients, I saw the confidence as the cape came off and the potential I had in this career. After getting licensed in the state of Arizona as a cosmetologist at 17, I quickly started looking for a salon to call home. Many salons were discouraged by my age, but a manager at ULTA saw my drive, passion and talent and gave me a chance. During my 4 years there, I perfected my skills, became Redken Color Certified and gained an amazing clientele. Proceeding this, I found my home at Phenix Salon Suites in Tempe, AZ. It is here where I have truly blossomed and grown as not only a stylist, but as a friend to everyone who sits in my chair. I love the creativity and individualism that goes into each and every client and the impact I can make in their life. I was so privileged when selected to be a National Artist for Colours by Gina. I truly love this amazing colour line and enjoy teaching others about the products as well as up and coming techniques and trends. In 2021 I made the decision to take my career to the next level and went back to school to be a barber. Through barbering, I’ve learned so much about lines, angles, blending and precision that I use for not only my male clientele, but also in my color and longer hair cuts. I will always continue to grow and be open through this career and to all my clients, none of this would be possible without YOU and YOU have made a huge impact on my life and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for always believing in me and helping my grow.
